Expect a terrible experience!!!!!! It's no wonder these stores are folding. Customer service is awful. They are terribly slow. Explained to me that I could not pick up a lay away under my wife's name because a guy pick up layaway under his wife's name and they were separated. Showed them that I had an account with my wife and was told I couldn't pick it up and that my wife and I could have been separated yesterday! Ridiculous! I will never work with these people again, and urge no one else to either!!!
Really like the K mart store, everybody that works are there are very friendly and very helpful and I have enjoyed this store for many years, and hope to enjoy it for many more years thanks all for being so kind.
I have a love hate with this place. I love their kids clothes. And the fact that they have layaway is even better. But, the customer service here SUCKS!!! The workers give such attitude, don't want to help, and are so slow! You can tell they get paid hourly and aren't in a hurry for anything!!!!

Very accommodating employees. I was looking for a specific merchandise and could not find it on the shelf yet the gentleman who works there spent a long time in the stockroom to find exactly what I needed. The service sets it apart from other places.
