I took a broken lamp to Kraus. When I described what was happening, the employee knew exactly what was wrong. He had it fixed in 10 minutes for a reasonable cost.
Kraus is a great hardware store! You can find just about anything here and the staff is BEYOND helpful. This is my go-to before I go to any big box stores. And quite frankly they have more of the things I need i.e. nuts, bolts, plumbing and electrical. Keep this place alive, visit here before anywhere else. You will be glad you did.
Always my 'go to' store in Erie,PA. They have everything! Hardware, lamps, cards, and volumnes of fabulous things. A real old fashioned store with every thing you can think of, or want. Even some things you didn't know you needed and/or wanted! If you have never been there you will thank your lucky stars that this kind of store still exists! Also, the friendliness of everyone there and they go out of their way to serve you.
