The next day..... My entire family is SICK! Ordered pizza and wings last night and the wings had to be replaced because they put the wrong sauce on them. So hot it was ridiculous and we're used to hot. I live in Buffalo! We're at a hotel and there was a menu in the lobby and the front desk said the food was great. Yeah, great if you want to go to Wal-Mart at 630am for a heating pad and medicine because you feel like you are going to die. Not to mention being STUCK in the hotel. Horrible food. But at least our driver was nice!
Called in to try and place an order, and all I got was shouting on the phone, was told to hold on so I said sure assuming they were very busy. 5 seconds later I hear 3 f bombs in the background and complaining about the 10,000 orders they were taking. I know the weather was really bad and you probably were stressed out, short handed, etc.... but no reason to shout 3 f bombs while on a phone with a customer....very disappointed
