I came here when they first opened and I loved the subs, but it took a little longer than I liked. I gave them some time to get their feet under them since it was a new business. i went back today and got the sub I loved and from the time I ordered it only took 4 minutes to get my sub. They are now a well oiled machine. If you went there before. give it another try. Subs are fantastic and now they are fast. And if you arent going to eat that pickle.....Ill take it.
It usually takes a year to give the management enough experience at the new establishment before the management can keep the establishment flowing.
I will never go here again, the worse waste of $25. My dad and I went there before the dinner rush (4pm) and it took an hour for us to get our subs. On top of that, I asked for no mayo. After waiting I get my sub... it has mayo. So I sent it back and waited an additional 15 minutes for another one. It comes back messed up again. At this point, I do not want to wait to eat anymore. If you're reading this, do not eat at this place. You can go across the parking lot and get better quality food and better customer service at Wendy's.
Be patient, people. Realize this place is brand new. All new food establishments take a while for all the new staff to learn the menus/procedures/etc.
The bbq brisket and cheddar sub is awwsome! Can't wait to have another one! Now I'm hungry just thinking about that sub.
Great Subs & Fresh Ingredients. They even had Soups, Salad and Chili... The Employees were Very Nice. Loved the Local Fireman Pictures and Helmets!!! I'll Definitely will be Back!!!
Also, in the first year, food establishments will have a completely new staff.
