We went there because my husband's doc told him to get fitted with proper sneakers. The young lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and provided good advice. I have recommended them to people.
These folks were kind enough to get me a size 10 from their other location as I didn't know the best fit - a 10 or a 10 1/2. The 10 1/2 was the right one. This is, hands down, the best customer service I have ever received in my life! I just started running and was having some issues. Walked in and was given all the help I needed. The Achilles staff go above and beyond imo. Truly a satisfied and now a life long customer! Will make the hour and a half drive for all my running purchases from this point forward. They might want to consider having a tip jar... Just sayin... ❤️❤️
Being new to Erie it's nice to find a place that is very helpful and has a Saturday group run with runners that were fun to be with.
