Worked with Dino today and must say great customer service. Not the cheapest place to buy from in town. But who's not willing to pay more for great customer service and knowledge
Bad experience, i do not know if their supervisors read this, I doubt it. I was there Nov 6,2017. In a.m had a middle age woman,long brown hair attempt to wait on me. So rude and condescending. Could not believe it. They had the shoes I wanted to buy, but told her no way am I buying them from a rude associate. They need to train their staff on how to treat people.
Excellent customer service. Except for the older woman who often works. She is rude and impolite. Other than that, they're gonna make sure you walk away with Happy feet.
Very friendly and professional. Only place around that knows how too fit you properly.
