As I have a tween I am in this store often, and I have to complement the managers and staff. They are some of the most helpful customer service individuals I have had the pleasure to do business with. I've had two birthday parties, ears pierced and a problem with merchandise and each time the salesgirl and manager were wonderful. The birthday parties were a huge success and our merchandise issue was remedied immediately.
