I have never had a single bad experience here, all the Hosts/Hostesses and waiting staff have been welcoming and very gracious! Definitely a place to make return visits often
Date night started off great. Awesome service. And our order was quick to hit the table. Everything was so good . Unfortunately about one hour after leaving I got to suffer throwing up Olive Garden's food all over the inside of my boyfriend's truck and in three different parking lots. We went back immediately to notify the manager on duty. Danielle Griggs gave me a bag to throw up in and told me to go to urgent care. Her rude and cold demeanor just cost that company business.
First, let me state that I am a server myself so I know the industry. But I have to say, tonight we had horrible service. First, we didn’t get drinks until 10-15 minutes after being sat. Our food took about 45 minutes, and normally we wouldn’t mind but we weren’t even notified that it would be a awhile and it wasn’t even busy. I ordered a peach tea after receiving our first drinks and I waited 20 minutes for it. When I asked for a small cup of Alfredo for our zucchini bites, we were told that we would have to buy a boat (which I’ve never had to do so before considering I only would be using it for the app). By the time we got our Alfredo boat, we were done with the appetizer and informed our server, Kristina, that we would no longer be eating the Alfredo. She charged us for it anyways, which is mind boggling, as it only sat on the end of our table. When we got our check, we noticed she had charged us for soup and salad combo, but we never ordered that. We only ordered the soup/salad with our entrees. I am NOT one to normally complain, since I am a server and I used to work at Olive Garden, but I know how it works.
So we go ahead and get in there and about almost 20 minutes or half an hour we finally have some to come over. I think he was the manager his name is Jeff. He got our drinks came back asked us if we were ready and reset now give us a couple of minutes then he didn't come back at all so that was probaly another 20 minutes or half an hour later.And then finally a waitress came over and her name is Susan she's really nice. But in general it seem like a lot of the waiters or waitresses that we see were all Congregated in one corner and didn't really pay attention and nobody.
Great restaurant as always. My steak gorgonzola was cooked too well done and while I didn't really complain the server and manager decided to comp it. Now THAT is quality customer service. We will continue to eat here no matter the wait*. *Isn't a long wait a sign of a good restaurant?
