Lets just start with, I love red lobster. My favorite dish is the ultimate feast, and my daughter loves crab legs. The host was awesome!! The server was HORRIBLE. We waited more the 10 minutes for him to even acknowledge us, was told he would be right back..... When he arrived back ( after being asked about us another 5 minutes later) he says, "are you ready to order"? my response was, "No, I'm ready to leave". He asked my husband if it was because of the wait..... Yes it was. I have never waited 15 minutes just to get a drink for my daughter. With that being said... Buffalo Wild Wings was amazing after not having service from this place.
Red lobster has to be the one of the best seafood chains in America. I really like all their seasonal specials like endless shrimp, etc. The cheddar bay biscuits are amazing I can't get enough of them. Red lobster has great mixed drinks and cocktails to. Fun for family and friends to dine in or take out.
Seated quickly, prompt service, food came out fast. Disappointed as they no longer serve Coconut Shrimp Bites. Also, My husband ordered Surf and Turf. Steak was tough and grisly. They took that portion off the bill. Getting refills was a little slow.
Premises very clean. Service good. Disappointed on the twin lobster tail dinner-- very expensive for what I rcvd. I was looking for lobster not crayfish tails. They were small-- the "twins" didn't equal one fair sized tail. But, the endless shrimp made up for it tho!!! Good thing that was available-- I would have starved with only the first meal. Nothing like having to order TWO full dinners to get filled up.
The steak was small, overcooked and tasted like liver, it was not good. The baked potato was old and the mashed potatoes were cold.
Staff very courteous & professional.
The staff an waitress was kind, clean and friendly. The food however was terrible! We ordered the surf and turf special for 24.99 each and the premium steak for an additional 6.99 each.
The bill was 75.00 plus 15 dollar tip. Seriously, we could have had a better meal at Mcdonalds!
