Service I'll rate neutral. It wasn't the best but it wasn't unpleasant either. Definitely room for improvement.
The food was over cooked and dry, they wouldn't replace it. The restaurant was absolutely filthy and the floors were very dirty and slippery. When I went to the restroom to wash my hands there was no hot water at all and the floor in the restroom was more slick than the dining area. My wife and I will not be returning to this restaurant...ever.
The service was slow and unfriendly, and the food was cold dry, and hard. The decor is outdated as well.
I did take away 2 stars for washrooms being very dirty. I was one of the first customers for the day and they were already very dirty. Also needs renovations in there.
