This place is absolutely amazing. I drive from lower East side all the way here to enjoy every single bite.
I used to live in there delivery area and enjoed it , the sauce is just missing garlic , never had a reason to complain anytime I ordered or went in,when I'm in the area I still go there.i just stumbled across the one it Pitt the other day when I had some time to kill.
Best pizza in town. Best thing on the menu besides the pizza is the chicken bacon ranch sub. I eat there about 3 times a week. When people come from out of town it's one of my have to go to spots.
Not proper phone etiquette- hello- we are really busy right now, its gonna be over an hour. (in a rushed and frustrated voice.)
I ordered a steak and cheese calzone, when I got home discovered it was just cheese. Called and they gave me a credit. No hassle.

The food is always wonderful! Unfortunately- the customer service is not. I'm always afraid to call and order because the young man that answers the phone is so rude and makes me feel like i'm an inconvenience. Learn Phone etiquette. Perhaps, if those working a minimum wage position, (that are unkind to customers) tried being kind and more polite, this may validate the reason to raise minimum wage pay.
