Horrible service, argumentative staff, average food, excessive wait times for cold food! Not recommended.
Pizza Is Pretty Good Although Pricey
We have ordered regularly from them with inconsistent results...at times very good and other times sub-par at best. Then, one night a month or so back we ordered wings, specifically extra crispy. It was late in the evening, we were all hungry, and kids needed to get to bed. When the wings arrived they were terrible...very soggy. An order of 50 wings isn’t cheap so I called the store. They said they could re-send however kids had to get to bed so I asked for a store credit. Girl says fine just call back tomorrow and let manager know. When I called the manager acted like he could care less and told me that $15 was the best they could do on a $45 dollar wing order. I said “no thanks and you’ve just lost a good customer for life”. The cocky kid on the other end responded “ok”, again in his smug voice. Poorly run business. Would never allow someone like that to work for me in any capacity let alone management.
The lasagna was delicious and the pizza was good but not spectacular. You order at the counter and they bring he food to you. The prices were very good. It was very basic inside. It's nice to see independent places thrive. We'd go there again.
Had it delivered. Paid for x tra toppings. Not there. Pizza was dry. If this is Erie 's best. I feel sorry for you people. Maybe I'll open a pizzeria in Erie. Show you people what real pizza is. Won't order pizza in Erie again.
