Would give zero stars if I could-solely based on our experience tonight. After waiting patiently for our turn, we were unfortunate enough to get Mark. We were having trouble with text messaging and also wanted to add another line to our plan. Mark was condescending, rude, and overall appeared to be bothered that he had to help us. Needless to say, we cut this visit short and will go another time and hopefully get another person to assist us. Annoying as my issues could have and should have been handled in one visit.

My brother had his phone stolen. Your employees did everything they could to help him try and locate his phone. Made sure he was able to keep his phone number and with another phone and there help, I felt was over and above there duties, he has a good chance of recovering his stolen phone. Thanks guys!!
Wife and I have been with Verizon collectively for 35 years. Our 2 year contracts were drawing close and Verizon plans weren't very attractive. I contacted Patrick at AT&T and stopped in. After discussing plans and phone costs, we immediately decided to sign up with AT&T. We've never considered switching before but Patrick did a fantastic job at swaying us. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all the products and services. We highly recommend him to anyone and will continue to frequent this location for our wireless needs.
Excellent staff. Extremely helpful anytime I need help. Clean store and comfortable environment. Tons of parking, easily accessible. There's a reason I have been going here for years. Keep up the great work!
