There customers service suck!!!! They don't honor there own policy. Did a refund waiting for it. It's been 2 weeks and they said it only take 3 to 5 business days to get a refund. They will not refund my money as of today I'm still getting the run around about my money. I would not recommend you purchase any thing in store because it's not corporate office it's a third party store. There are no corporate office in the Erie area. They third party stores sucks!!!!!!!
Recently changed my plan and after paying 2 bills i noticed my plan really hadn't been changed, i called the store and talked to the Manager Josh who did a great job assisting to make the situation right and my account was even credited for the 2 months i over payed! Hand clap for him for the speedy credit as well! Theses guys here are friendly and great!
Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable and up to date. Always feel welcome when entering. Never feel rushed or like im asking a dumb question. The staff members Brandon and Steve always take care of me and are wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous...wont go to any other store!!!!
