On at least three days I called this business looking for information. As what they call an "elite" member I buy most of my electronic needs at their store. Despite the fact that I called at least four (4) times on each day, and picked different extensions, no one answered the phone! It's simply incredulous to believe that any reputable business, who strives to take care of their customers, would be so flippant. I called their corporate number and the lady there called them for me. Guess what, they were too busy to take the call and a week later still have not returned my call! Undaunted, I directed emails to the company's top three executives. Guess what, nothing. No kiss my grits, no we'll look into it, NOTHING. Draw your own conclusions as I've already reached mine. I'm not kissing anyone's butt to take my money PERIOD!
The only reason why I am even giving this store a one star is because there is no option for zero. The absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life careful if you buy phones from there because when I did the phone wouldn't even work to make or receive phone calls then when you want to talk to somebody about your problem you get attitude. I went there because they had the better deals but man the customer service is horrible. So hopefully anyone that is reading this doesn't have to deal with the same issues as I did. Good Luck! For the rest of our phone lines and business with our phones we went to Sams Club way better customer service and still great deals.

They typically charge more than the same item on the Best Buy website and refused to price match it. Avoid this store. The GM offered no assistance at all. Save the Hassel and but from an online retailer you will have better customer service.
We bought a fridge and electric stove and day after delivery we change from electric to a gas stove. No problem with the change and people very nice.
Looking at laptops a manager would not move for me to be able to look at one. He told me no that he would not move down.
