Terrible experience with ATAT especial with Loretta. Mistake made but never think is her fault. terrible service NEVER get things fixed. I have open an business account and have been over charged every single month and promised to get 600$ credit for two new lines to be port in from T-mobile. After 12 month still have NOT been issue. I have showed the text between me and Loretta to Manager Mandy and she said i text the text. Loretta have not wrote it. It proof NOTHING. Nothing they can do.. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUE... Cancel if i want to. and any fees have to be paid. I have visit the store more then 10 times for same issue.every time i return I get the apology and as soon as i left is done. They never help you to have the problem fixed. this is the worst experience with AT&T for my hole life. DO NOT GO HERE.. I am sure AT&T is great company but NOT this location is TERRIBLE. I am glad i can find the proof and show it. TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT EVEN ONE STAR
Not bad, not good. Everyone was nice, but to tell me they can't fix my problem I should go home and try to do it online was sort of a put off. Both my son and I got the same response to two different problems, in which I got home, called AT&T and they fixed the issue over the phone in 2 minutes. Good if you are heading out to get a new phone or service, but they don't go out of their way (or even close to) to help.
Terrible customer service, slow responce time, couldnt get through to a real person to save my life, awefull just awefull. I never do these reviews but i could help it. When i finally went to schedule an apointment for 6:00 at 4:59 it said the time frame was to soon and my apointment couldnt be schduled worst EVER WORSTTTTTTTTTTTTT
Even though I told the customer service rep, Jon, that I was on a fact-finding mission for my father who does not live in Erie, he patiently answered my questions and directed me to the best phone for my dad. He checked the inventory at any dad's local store for me so that my dad could go purchase the phone he needs. Jon did not pressure me to buy, try to up-sell the product for my dad, or ignore me because he knew I wasn't buying. I deeply appreciate his help and am looking forward to going back and giving him my business when I am ready for my next upgrade.
