I called ahead and ordered one regular most cheese and pepperoni pizza and an order of cinnamon bites. When I got there about 10 minutes later to pick the order up, they didn't even HAVE my order??? Then I had to wait ANOTHER 15 flippnnnnn minutes, and that never even compensated me at all for such an inconvenience!!!!!!!! I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!
Out of all the places in Erie, this place rates the lowest. People have know idea how to respectful, friendly and understand. They are without a clue of what customer service is and if it closed down it would not be a loss.
Even for its price plain horrible. the staff is clueless and beyond slow. An exceptionally bad Little Caesars restaurant.
Not worth the the time,. A few weeks ago we got 2 different order of wings and I never expected the flavoring was added after the wings were cooked, in my opinion wings are cooked in there flavoring not smothered in a container of sauce which by the way spilled over, what a mess. Today I picked up some crazy bread, the ends are hard and tasted like last week's leftovers. Took them back and the manager said ( sorry, next time will be better) there is not going to be a next time I replied!!!!!!
