Well we have been with cricket for a few years with no problem. But my husband and I both had cracked phones and he recently dropped his in the water. But getting new phones weren't much of an option for us. He made a call to Tmobile just to see if you guys have a military discount and we found out you did.. we also have bad credit but they didn't stop us from getting new phones. I got the Revvl and he got the Zte. Only had to pay for activation fee. Premton (sales employee) was very helpful and answered all the questions we needed. The phone my husband ordered was not in stock so we were gonna have to wait for it to be deliveted. But the manager (Shane) drove about 2 hours away to a different city to pick it up from another store. They really went out of there way for us. #teammagenta
